If you want the top dollar for your property you will need to spruce up the front yard. Drive up appeal is very important! When I am showing buyers if they do not like the look from the curb usually they tell me and we go to the next home. It usually takes a couple of minutes for the REALTOR® to get the key out of the lockbox and while the buyers are waiting-they ARE looking around. Spruce up the door and porch! Make your home warm and inviting. If you know a buyer is coming, leave the lights on! Declutter is always good as well, however, I don't make sellers remove pictures and so forth because YOU DO still live there!
